10. Upgrade ISP plan
If your plan is 250 Mbps and a wired Speedtest confirms you're getting it, but it still feels slow because 6 family members are simultaneously streaming Netflix in 4K, gaming, and on Zoom calls - your plan is the bottleneck, not your WiFi.
