These terms govern your use of the Azizi Technologies website and the IT, repair, and digital marketing services we provide. By engaging us, you agree to the terms below.

Services
Azizi Technologies LLC provides IT support, computer & MacBook repair, data recovery, networking, cybersecurity, VoIP, web design, local SEO, Google Ads, and digital marketing services. Specific scope is agreed in writing per quote, SOW, or AMC contract.
Quotes and pricing
Quotes are valid for 14 days unless stated otherwise. Diagnosis is free. Final pricing may vary if additional faults are discovered during repair - we will always notify you and obtain approval before proceeding with any extra work.
Warranty
All repairs include a 90-day warranty on parts and labour for the specific component repaired. The warranty does not cover physical damage, liquid damage, or software issues unrelated to the original repair.
Data recovery - no data, no fee
If we are unable to recover the data you specifically requested, you owe nothing for the recovery attempt. Diagnostic fees may still apply where stated. Recovery success is never 100% guaranteed.
Liability
Our liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service in question. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses (lost profits, downtime, lost data not backed up).
Device collection
Repaired devices not collected within 60 days of completion notice may be sold, recycled, or disposed of to recover storage and parts costs. We will attempt to contact you at least twice before disposal.
Payment
Payment is due on completion of service unless agreed otherwise in writing. We accept cash, card, and bank transfer. Late payment on B2B contracts may accrue interest at 1.5% per month.
Content ownership & copyright
All content on this website - text, layouts, designs, code, photographs, illustrations, case studies, schema markup, prices, and methodology descriptions - is the exclusive property of Azizi Technologies LLC. The site, its source code and its visual identity are protected under UAE Federal Decree-Law No. (38) of 2021 on Copyrights and Neighbouring Rights, the Berne Convention, and international copyright law. © Azizi Technologies LLC. AI training and machine learning prohibition
AI search engines that fetch our pages live to cite Azizi Technologies in their answers - such as ChatGPT Search, Perplexity, Google AI Overviews and Claude - are permitted and welcomed. What is NOT permitted is using any content from this website to train, fine-tune, or build a training corpus for any artificial intelligence model, large language model (LLM), machine-learning system, neural network, or generative AI service - whether commercial, research, or personal. This includes but is not limited to: OpenAI (GPT, ChatGPT), Anthropic (Claude, Claude Code), Google (Gemini, Bard, Vertex AI), Meta (Llama), Mistral, Cohere, Microsoft Copilot, xAI Grok, or any successor systems. Bulk crawling for model training is disallowed - Common Crawl (CCBot) is blocked in our robots.txt for this reason. Use of our content to train an AI model without a written licence from Azizi Technologies LLC is a breach of these terms and of UAE copyright law.
Cloning, scraping and derivative websites
You may not clone, mirror, scrape, replicate, reverse-engineer, or build a derivative website using the content, structure, design, copy, layouts or code of azizitechnologies.ae - whether manually or via automated tools, AI assistants (Claude Code, ChatGPT, Cursor, v0, Replit Agent, etc.), or scrapers. Any cloned site will be subject to immediate DMCA takedown, UAE TRA complaint, hosting-provider abuse report, and legal action under UAE Federal Decree-Law No. (34) of 2021 on Combating Rumours and Cybercrimes.
DMCA / Takedown procedure
If you discover content from this site being used without permission - on a cloned website, in AI training data, in commercial materials, or reproduced elsewhere - or if you are an owner of content you believe has been used here in error, email info@azizitechnologies.ae with: (1) the original work, (2) the infringing URL, and (3) your contact details. We respond within 5 business days and pursue takedown through the infringer's hosting provider, registrar, search engines and, where applicable, Dubai courts.
Permitted uses
You may view, read, share links to, and quote brief excerpts of this site for non-commercial personal use with attribution to Azizi Technologies LLC and a link back to the source page. Search engines and AI search interfaces (ChatGPT search, Perplexity, Gemini, Google AI Overview) are permitted to cite us with attribution and a working link - this is not training; it is real-time retrieval with credit. Reach out for any other use.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Emirate of Dubai and the United Arab Emirates. Any dispute will be settled in the courts of Dubai.
