Information we collect
We collect information you provide directly - name, email, phone number, company name, billing address, and details of the device or issue you need help with. When you visit our site, we may also collect anonymous usage data (pages viewed, device type, referring source) through standard analytics.
How we use it
To deliver the service you've requested (quotes, scheduling pickups, repair status updates, invoicing), to provide warranty and post-service support, to keep your data and devices secure during repair, and - if you've opted in - to send occasional service updates and offers. We never sell your personal data.
Device data during repair
When you bring in a device for repair, technicians may need to access stored files to diagnose or recover data. We only access what's strictly required. Recovered or backed-up data is stored on isolated systems and securely deleted after handover unless you've explicitly requested longer retention.
Cookies and analytics
Our website uses essential cookies for navigation and form state, and privacy-respecting analytics to measure overall site usage. We do not use advertising cookies or share data with ad networks.
Sharing and third parties
We share data only with service providers necessary to deliver our service (payment processors, courier partners for pickup, manufacturer warranty channels). All third parties are bound by data-protection agreements.
Your rights
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing us. We respond within 30 days. You can also opt out of marketing communications via the unsubscribe link in any email.
Retention
Customer and invoice records are kept for the period required by UAE tax law (currently 5 years). Diagnostic and device data is deleted within 30 days of service completion unless you request otherwise.
